Join the The Sober October Success: A Challenge for High Achievers: Thrive Without Alcohol and Take Control of Your Life

October is just around the corner, and for many of us, that means embracing a new season, gearing up for the holidays, and facing those work deadlines before the year’s end. It’s also the perfect time to make one powerful change that could transform the rest of your year—and your life: taking part in The Sober October Success: A Challenge for High Achievers.

If you’re a high-achieving professional who relies on alcohol to cope with stress, unwind after a long day, or just to get through social situations, this month-long challenge is your chance to hit reset and learn how to truly thrive without alcohol.

Why Sober October?

For many busy executives and professionals, alcohol has become the go-to solution for stress relief. It might feel like the only way to decompress after a high-pressure day, or to celebrate wins, big and small. But what if you could find healthier, more sustainable ways to manage stress, be present in your life, and rediscover joy—without the need for alcohol?

Sober October isn’t just about quitting alcohol—it’s about thriving. It’s about taking a break from drinking, discovering the power of intentional self-care, and building habits that help you live life fully. This month, we’re focusing on building those habits together.

My Story: Why I Believe in Thriving Without Alcohol

Let me share a bit of my own journey. In my early business career, I was what you would call a “high-functioning person with an alcohol use disorder.” I was driven, ambitious, successful—but behind the scenes, alcohol was preventing me from reaching my true potential. My mentors were baffled because on paper, I should have been achieving “more” and “more quickly,” but what they couldn’t see was that my drinking was getting worse, holding me back.

It wasn’t until I made the decision to get sober that I truly started living. I learned how to manage stress effectively, find joy in the everyday, and handle all of life’s major and minor stressors without turning to alcohol. After over 15 years of sobriety, and with a lot of academic and professional training under my belt, my mission became clear: to help other professionals like you find balance, joy, and fulfillment—alcohol-free.
