Becoming a counselor is a natural way for me to combine my years of working in the emergency room with my years of teaching students in various stages of culture shock and language barriers. I believe that no one should struggle in silence!
I am an avid nature lover. My hobbies include grassroots activism, meditative walking, and historical preservation.
