Staci Brunet– My name is Staci Brunet, and I’m a therapist in Katy, TX, specializing in men’s issues. I’ve watched the men in my life struggle under the pressure. They sometimes turn towards drugs and alcohol because it is not seen as acceptable for them to ask help or express their emotions. With the help of professional support, they were able to reach a place of understanding and acceptance of themselves. They were also able to better communicate their needs and feelings to those around them. This has not only improved their relationships but has also enhanced their quality of life overall.
